Today the little bug and I were at the grocery store and we came across orange cauliflower. It matched his shirt! It was a sign and a lesson on colors. What is a mom to do but, purchase said treasure and roast it immediately?
If you haven't tried roasted cauliflower, get thee to the nearest store and pick up a head. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cut all of the florets from the head. Rinse. Put on a cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, then season liberally (remember cauliflower doesn't have a whole host of taste on its own), don't forget the salt. Roast for 25-35 minutes and enjoy.
